I chanced upon this website when I was reviewing rates for the Vanguard GH-100 tripod head. I'm a compulsive online shopper and take pride in getting the best rates, and knowing exactly where to shop. So, this purchase decision was an aberration, although the outcome wasn't.

Their price was about 1000-odd INR cheaper than the market. The deal sounded too good to be true. So, I did my research to check if the business is genuine, what people are saying about them, and the works. The fact that they are investing into social marketing gave me a lot of confidence. Not many companies attempt to build personal relationships with customers because negative feedback through Facebook, Twitter, and the like can ruin a business' reputation in no time.

Daily Objects have active FB and Twitter pages, yet very few online reviews(age in the market, perhaps). But, the reviews on FB and Twitter were quite good and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. They have a COD option as well, so the risk was worth every discounted penny.

I received the item about a week later, which may be a dampener for those who think Flipkart is fast(I'd disagree though). 4-5 business days is what Daily Objects promise and they deliver on the promise. That's what matters. I'm delighted with the purchase. I'd have preferred any other courier service to First Flight, though. Yeah, that's the courier they use and First Flight is known to be inefficient(even screwing up with their tracking processes).

Anyway, the overall experience has been awesome and my interactions with the customer service personnel were quite smooth, too. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I'd give a 5/5 on all counts. Shop with confidence. My gut feeling is this is not a one-time positive experience. They are going to be consistent is all I know.
