The product is good as expected from an a/c of this price level.
10 months into the first year, the swing panel broke. Broken by the service personnel during the warranty period. I am not able to get a swing panel inspite of being willing to pay for it. Its almost 3 months now. The local sales agent in Mumbai as well as the head and regional offices of Daikin have not resolved the issue. No parts available is the response! They phone several times to check if your complaint is resolved but dont bother after a negative answer.
If a simple part is not available, this product should not be in the market.
Dont buy Daikin.
