I recently purchased the Daikin MTKM35U 1 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC, and I regret to say that my experience with this unit has been far from satisfactory. Here's why:
Medium Noise Level: Despite the claim of being an inverter AC with a 5-star rating, the indoor unit produces a rather annoying medium noise level of 30 dB. I expected a quieter operation from a reputed brand like Daikin.
Inefficient Cooling: The cooling capacity of 3520 Watts, coupled with a power input of 940 Watts, results in an Energy Efficiency Ratio ( EER) of 5.2 W/W. Frankly, this is not as efficient as I had hoped for, considering the 5-star rating.
