Dabur chyawanprash is not good at eating at regular daily life routine.it is wronglly advertised by the company that you should take it on regular basis as it is made up with ingredient with produces too much heat in our body and taking it on a regular course can make you patient of many stomach problems like constipation, rectum failure and even worse piles .my uncle is a doctor who suggested me to not to eat it in summer or in excess amount or regular basis .so I would also recommend everyone to use it is limited amount.
