I requested for relocation 1 week back. I thought I will watch WC final in my house, but the GREAT Videocon service guys couldn't fix it till today. Two guys came down today and they were not equipped to fix the issue.
They went back and assured me somebody will come tomorrow, which I really doubt.Worst call-center ever I spoke to. Fish market is far better than their call center. Full of amateur executives, who made me wait close to 20 mins while I wanted to speak to their seniors and in the end they will disconnect your call, it happened to me repeatedly.
