I have been using videocon d2h since the last 4 years and it is a pretty satisfactory experience till now. I use standard gold pack with Sports channels.
The picture and sound quality is pretty good, you will never get any glinches in the picture and sound quality. Occasional interruptions are there when the weather is rainy, but other than tha, everything is fine. The terrifs are on the lower side and you can enhance your experience by opting HD channels if you like the content.
Services and support is good, when ever there is ab issue in the set top box or any thing else, then you have to call their customer support number and an executive will visit your home in 24 hrs. In 90% of cases, the issue is resolved by them.
The value for money of videocon is high. It comes at a cheaper side of the spectrum of d2h services and often the service is also cheap.
