I am using Videocon D2H for the past 3 years, I have seen that during match when you call to subscribe any channel, they would give you wrong information so that you will subscribe the channel. But when you call to unsubscribe the pack, they will put some condition that you won't be able to unsubscribe. So record every conversation so that whenever they cheat you, you have proper proof against them.
During the IND Vs NZ series, I subscribed to the sony six sports pack, The guy who picked up the phone told me that Rs 39 will be charged for 3 months(not every months Rs 39). I asked him 4 times in that conversation. He also said that I can unsubscribe in one month if I don't require but when I called to unsubscribe the pack he told me that I cannot unsubscribe before three months and per months charges is Rs 40. Tata sky is better in service than videocon d2h. My friend deactivated sony six online in one month in tata sky but videocon policies are pathetic.
In future, I will try to stay away from them and ask others to not to buy their connection.
