There is a idiom in English A white elephant .It means that something very costly to maintain.This idiom is suitable for Videcon d2h .
One year before, I bought a videcon d2h set box.Before buying it I was using cable tv. I bought videocon for better performance but now I realize that I was wrong. It takes good money for one month service but it has not all channels that I want.Star sports, Sony six, espn were not available on one month service.
When I talked to customer care center about this issue they told that if I want to watch star sports I had to pay 50 ₹ more.
Its picture quality is also not good as I need. Sometimes its pictures getting blur and vibrate. So they should fix these errors.
They should add a feature to select only that channels which we want to select and paid only for those channels which are selected by us.
