I had 2 video connections. Suddenly one stopped working in the month of May 13. On inquiring i found out that my user id has been allotted to somebody else. Till now that problem is existing and even after so many complaints they have not rectified it. I suggest people should look for some different connection in ramanathapuram, tamil nadu area instead of videocon d2h.
