I have been a customer for last 4 years. That's from the beginning. They offered everything for cheap those days. The base package itself had a lot of channels. The next pack, the gold pack offered all hindi channels too. The service was outstanding those days. Charges were minimum. Service was free. For replacement parts u had to pay 50-150 bucks. Service was done in 2 hrs no matter if its a sunday or public holiday. That's the old story.
Now, package charges have gone up. But still I believe they offer a lot of channels compared to other operators. English movies and sports are exempted. The service and support has slightly degraded. Service charges have gone up. And the most irritating part is they have changes the auto resume after turn off. You will see their home channel which is an ad channel after being turned off. It no more returns to last channel viewed.
And now am planning to upgrade to HD
