Videocon D2H picture and sound qualityis good. but worst service and support. The set box box provided along with dish was working fine till 4 years, but once we call for the replacement they took 3 days to replace it with a pathetic set top box, in 2 month they have changed three set top box and nothing is working properly.fed by calling these customer care people from a week, every time new complaint id and careless answer from these support team.
