Videocon d2h one of the bitter experience in my life I have taken this connection on 2014 almost 1 year it worked well then after problems stated. I can share my experience set box connection pin was loosed that is the only problem same was informed to videocon team they informed to me I will send my executive but it can be charged Rs.200, I said ok if he found the problem I can pay money they said no when technician visit your home you can pay that amount. First time I said ok he come and solved my problem. After 2months again same problem they are also repeated same 200 story. 3 time also same problem that time I changed my set box. Each time they asking Rs.200 but not resolve my problem permanent way. I have changed my set box middle of the year 2016 but til date they will call and ask please recharge your id. This type of service they are giving. They want money only not service.
