Since I bought this VD2H connection I haven't enjoyed the entertainment properly.
Week ends only I visit home, all the time when I visit home I have problem with d2h. feed-up using it. I feel bad now why should I change it from others to VD2H. If I didn't pay for useless black box I would have through it in the sea. If you can payback my money I am happily ready to surrender the connection because I didn't want to take any tension in my peaceful week ends.
Your online payment system is one of the worst systems you have. It troubled me lot and you have world-est dumb customer care executives who never knows to communicate the fact and solve the issues, brainless team. You are choosing communicating skill less machines for customer care service. company will do wonders. All the best.
