Am a videocon d2h dealer, am using dealer demo which I need to recharge every month and even after reaching it it does not get activated, I nees to call customer service every time I need to place a request to activate d2h and it takes 24 hrs to activate it.
If this is the situation with dealer what about the other customers?
Pathetic customer service, am not going to sell this product neither going to recommend it.
