Only during rainy seasons there is a problem, because of clouds signal don't get to the disk and hence there is no signal during rainy season. The only drawback is its customer service. They take a lot of time to solve some issues. Overall a great service provider and it is value for money.So I would recommend Videocon d2h those who are willing to buy a dish connection.
