I am Anand Shinde. Unfortunately, I subscribed for your pathetic services last more, for more than a year when your new diamond plan was for Rs: 320 now a days which is available for 355. I am your genuine customer from 1st day & in return of which I am getting harassment.


Problem started in Mid of Feb 2014 when I was facing issue of moving & flipping picture on TV screen. I complained on your customer no. In may 2014 your engineer came to check the same & told me that there is some problem with my TV then I paid Rs:150. As your visiting charges. Then I took my TV to servicing centre they told me there was not no problem with TV & prove the same by Connecting TATA Sky set top box. Again at my home I checked with videocon set top box but same problem of moving screen & flipping pictures persist.


Again I called to your customer care again they sent engineer. I think your engineers are not carrying any instruments for checking set top box. He was telling me to ask my neighbour to give their set top box for checking the issue.


From last 7 months I am getting same issue but I am doing recharge every month like genuin customer but you people dont bother about customers.If possible please help me or I dont have any option than shifting to any other service provider coz I think there are many companies in the market who need customers like me.
