I have been using Videocon dth over 2 yrs now. Here are some pros n cons
Pros:
Cheaper subscription in comparison with others like tata sky.
Decent picture quality
Wide range of HD channels at comparatively cheaper rates
Decent service. Customer care is prompt and have been satisfied so far.
Cons:
The Set top box is very slow .
Signal losses are comparatively more than other dth services.
Monsoon season: we hardly get signals due to clouds. Neighbors using tata sky were able to get signals during the same time.
