I changed from Tata Sky to Videocon as I was not satisfied with the number of channels available in Tata Sky. Looks like Videocon has invested all it's money in on boarding number of channels.They have never heard of customer care. The call center is manned by people in'Dhaulpur'. They have never heard of Pause feature and you will have to explain that in detail. It took me 5 calls to call center to get to a Supervisor who also did not understand what I am talking about. All I am asking is the ability to pause the live tv - which is not happening. I had specifically asked for this feature before opting for the videocon from the customer care representative and they had confirmed in positive.


After 5 calls, they sent a moron to my home who as calling himself a technician. But then I had to show him a symbol on the box showing what I was asking him to do - to enable the feature which was prominently shown on the box. He called some equal idiot and they finally concluded they have never heard of this and I was wrong as I was asking for DVD feature from Set Top Box.


Now I feel cheated as I had specifically asked for his capability and was confirmed that this feature is available on the set top box model I had opted for. Now they are saying they have never heard of this feature. Looks like a cheating attempt to me.
