I have few questions around Videocon D2H :
- When they sold their product they sold free life time maintenance but I come to know they are asking for service charges why?
2.Recently they have started asking for 10 Rs re-connection charges in case you miss the deadline for recharge now again why?
It appears first these companies forcefully implemented digitization and letting cable operator go from our colony now they have started asking for charges for each and every thing.
Just wondering why the portability from one service provider is not possible in this area , if there is portability in this sector also the charges will be rationalize.
