Videocaon D2H service is most worst D2H service & cable TV service in India, because, of its bad network, change of channels number, low quality picture quality, high costly packages. Whenever I tried to contact its customer service over toll free number shared they were alwasy busy on call with another customer and never received any call about feedback and issues. It support team will contact us just before pre-installation of D2H box and another is when we do not pay charges of package hired. Its set top box's USB/pendrive option not working on ours set top box. In rainy season it network get off due to which we get bored in nights.
If I compared amount which I paid and services which we received are worthless for me.
