I have been using Videocon d2H for the last 2 years. I havent had any issues in the first year and post the warranty, every 3 -6 months I will have some issues for which the service guys need to attend. It is chargeable at 200/- per visit. the frequency increases and now it is every month that too 35 - 45 days as the service charge of 200/- is valid for one month. This has become a way of ripping the customer for pathetic service. We buy the set top box from them and they also charge a huge amount for that. and they are not responsible for that. I am using Tata Sky in my parents house and havent had issues like this. These set top box have killed the cable operators who have been responsible for the service providing immediate help. The current big corporates just milk money with the help of government rules without providing valuable services. This is my Customer ID - 123363503.
