Since March 22nd till now I am able to see only 1 Msg " 0 CHANNELS FOUND . PRESS ANY KEY TO EXIT". All their Customer Care No(s) are getting disconnected automatically or some times after trying for a whole day will be getting only 1 msg " ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY WITH OTHER CALLS. and either will get disconnected or will be ringing for 1 hr with peep music and will get disconnected automatically.
After trying hard after 10 days somebody responded the call and they said" we book ur complaint and our engineer will get u within 24 hrs. But nobody turned up and no call also. Money waste and time waste. One more issue is Capcha in the Complaint page in Videocon D2h website is not working. I suggest every one not to go with Videocon D2h. I suggest everyone not to go with Videocon D2h . All are Cheaters.
