Initially While Installing they put the circular disc of Videocon on some previously fixed TATA sky stand. After 3 months TATA Sky People took their stand leaving the circular disc behind, in my absence. I called the person who has done the initial installation, for first time he received the call and told that he will do the needful.
After that I called him many times but he never received my call. I raised complaint to customer care but no action was taken. I called customer care daily 2 times and today it's 7th day, don't know how much more time they will take.
What they have done for me till now is that they raise a new complaint after each two day period with one humble sentence "don't worry, it will be solved in 24 hours without fail."
