This is to bring to your attention the useless services being provided by the internet service provider D-Vois in Navi Mumbai Area. There is no response for customer care even on complains and no one visits the place and complains are closed like that only. I have to wait for 7 days and more than 10 calls to get a visit at my home to get the issue rectified .
This time also I am calling since 29th April 2015 and today is 5th May and there was no response. My complain was closed 3 three times without any verification. My complain numbers are AR 229041511080271C, AR230041517281006C, AR205051512240244C Since 29th of April 2015. They are simply not bothered to respond with corrective measures.
I would request you in case you have other options, then do not buy their services especially my experience in Navi mumbai area(Airoli) is pathetic.
