I live in Airoli sector 29C, have shifted to another building in the same sector 50 meters away.
I called up their customer service(call center) 6 times till now, most of the times they are busy!, can you believe that!
I have given the request for shifting 6 times and no one has come or called back.
They are careless and clueless, they do not give a bill or receipt for money taken, how the hell are they surviving. I guess people like me are desperate . I asked their call center people, if they can refund the money, she had no answer! horrible experience.
