BSNL has following drawbacks
No Customer Support
No quality. The Modem always needs to be restarted at times.
poor connection and slowest of the slowest
High charging
They don't care about u after subscription.
I would advice u never to take it.
DVOIS internet provider is way better
The plans are good and very attractive also it provides online payment service
The service provided is good
I am using at my home & satisfied
