This is one of my dream company in which I am working from long time. Let me take you to this company's changed policies and culture.
HR policies for this company is flexible and favourable for the working employees i.e actual working hours is now flexible, you can get a week to complete 35hrs. Also entry is flexible and Managers in this company are very friendly and you can work here without any deadlines, you will get more time to get your work done.
