I had attended interview for social media expert in Bangalore HSR office. One of the pathetic unorganised interview . The so called HR ESHA probably has forgot to smile or carrier an attitude good for nothing and she took intial round and then she put me across for essay round like as if I was a fresher ...I have 5.5 years of experience along with teamlead role and content writing. However, she rejected me. The reason given by her hiring manager JAGAT is cultural fitness...want to know what does that mean. However, he also states that people come to cult and to visit their office in BENZ and he values rship only with such PPL and he comes in VESPA so wanted to know wht was he trying to boast about. There were 5 candidates all well experienced and all were rejected. If candidates have to come in BENZ I wonder why they have to come for interview.
