Hi all, real bad experience please don't buy cult cycle.
Have been struggling to fix a basic motor issue with cult support for 2 weeks now. The cycle is the basic mode of transport for my daughter to her school classes etc but they just seem to have no clue of what needs to be done.
They can't even assist that we buy the product(Its cult specific unable to order it elsewhere). Multiple people will contact after different dates and give different responses they have no idea what they are doing. Technician came indicated part is ordered will be fixed by 1st. Surprisingly on 30th cult support again messages asking do we want the part then we have pay money and order will take more 5-7 days this is after waiting for 10 days already
PATHETIC! no one even answers the call just watsapp responses way too late that too
Can we get some CULT ASSISTANCE?
