At the starting of the class the sales person made false commitment regarding the no. Of classes but by my good luck I had a chat with me then I finally got the classes that they have committed. If I didn’t had that chat history then they won’t have agreed to what I was saying.
Secondly they don’t have fair attendance system . They don’t provide the own child details too, as in how many classes he has attended and how many is left . On asking the attendance record it’s almost 2 months now and till date I haven’t received the attendance records . There is no transperancy in their system . In their system only it’s showing 66 classes and I too have a record of 66 classes and they are saying that back hand record is showing 72 classes done so your slot is over . On asking then how come in your system it is also showing 66 , then they don’t have a answer to it . They don’t show the clear records of no. Of classes done .
I am highly unsatisfied by the system of Cuemath never expected such type of ignorance by them . The teacher Ruchika Jain who is taking my child class she is extremely cooperative and if 1%chance of continuing with Cuemath will be there then it would be just because of her only . Otherwise the system of Cuemath is very bad they only trap the innocent parents by false commitment.
Highly highly highly unsatisfied by the system of this system .
Never ever thought and expected this from Cuemath they have mentally harass her me n no of times I have written mail and every time I get a call and have to narrate my whole problem to there team and the result is zero .
Highly disgusting is the Cuemath system . Cant tolerate this in today’s time of right of information as a parent too . For reference attaching my chat history too
