Had no hassles, tension free experience with Cryoviva team. Special claps to Ms. Aradhana [Bangalore] and Ms. Mounika [Bangalore], they were just awesome at their duty, constantly in touch to understand for any issues and following up on delivery status. They literally drove this to closure with great ease. In fact I had forgot few things which she(Aradhana) reminded me. Cheers to you, keep up the good work!
Suggestion: Cryoviva can work on proper payment structure to avoid any last minute confusion and work on providing better service from backend team to customer.
