My first shopping experience on this website is so bad its difficult to even explain in words . Placed an order of a MI power bank on 9th June, which was Rs.300/- more expensive than other etailers but even after a week I did not receive the shipment which was sent through blue dart. When I called croma helpline they said your address is untraceable and when I called blue dart they said shipment was lost in transit this was going on for a week with false assurances from both the parties . I stay in a large scale apartment which is in south Bangalore so there was no question of my place being not reachable so I could easily make out they are wasting time hence I have placed a request for cancelling the order
