I bought Samsung washing machine from Croma mall Greater Noida when I bought, Shruthisharma executive told me that they will give 5% discount, at the same time I bought TV also, Shruthisharma executive told they will give a head phone as gift along with TV, I told to pack and bill it, they packed and bulled, I did not check bill and I made aishwaryasingh23ment, once I checked bill at home, I was surprise to see that they did not gave any discount with washing machine and also they bulled the head phone which they packed with TV,
During buy washing machine I request for mobile number of Shruthisharma executive to communicate, now I am trying mobile of that Shruthisharma person he is not picking phone, actually it seems he removed me from mobile, that mobile number always comes switch off.
At least they should communicate on this.
I sent mail to customersupport@croma.com several times, initially they respond but after some time they stopped responding my mail also. Croma retail belongs to Tata group of companies but their service is worst.
