I bought a Samsung Oven at Croma Juhu during the Diwali festival. Right from the moment the purchase was made, I have faced several issues with the staff of Croma Juhu and back office. The delivery of the unit was not made at the promised time.
Later, the unit was delivered without the starter kit. After repeatedly following up with the back office and front office, I have still not recieved the starter kit. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Croma given their pathetic response time to customer queries. Additionally, I have purchased an extended warranty from Croma. Given their issues with sales delivery process I am highly skeptical about their after sale service
