Bought the Philips DVP 3146 DVD player from Croma(Bandra) last evening. Went there because it was close to my place and also because I thought since it was a TATA venture prices would be atleast close the best if not the best. Picked it up for 2990/-.
Just out of curiousity I decided to check the prices at some other stores online. Sumaria(whom I thought was expensive) was cheaper by 150/- and online sites like Sifymall were 500/- cheaper(including free shipping).
In future I will visit Croma only to check out the products I am interested in and buy from anywhere else. I am sure I can save 5-10% if I buy at any other place. I just paid 20% extra to Croma. Never again.
