I had a disappointing experience with Croma Institute for the SAP FICO course. The expectations set before enrollment were quite high, but after joining and completing the payment, the experience did not fully match those initial commitments.
There were challenges related to classes, support, and overall coordination, and responses were often delayed. I believe there is significant scope for improvement in communication, accountability, and post-enrollment support.
I hope the institute takes this feedback constructively and works towards providing a more consistent and reliable experience for future students.
