I am sad to hear the entire incident. I couldn't do anything because I wasn't there at the time they took his meeting. It looks like everything was so pre-planned by that girl and then management. As per my understanding he just sent emails to pipal research id that was IT policy breech but everyone knows how many of us does that. Its something if your caught then its a crime or can be called black job.


I am sure management was pressured to take action because of girl case, but if it was that serious we wouldn't have seen this girl at office working normally and spreading the news to us that because of her the guy was axed. I mean HR was gender favored and didnt took any action or possibly given a warning to the girl for data transfer on some email account. If that's the case why it didnt applied for the guy.


I think this girl has taken disadvantage of our company policy and management should have thought of this decision. Why the time wasn't given to this person or at least warning ? Why the gurl was favored ?
