Abhi, very true me being a girl was shocked that innocent chap was pressured to resign on gun point. HR was busy with all one sided truth, who know how much is the true facts or regionalism. I myself felt bad for that guy who can never do this and it was happened to him. The worst part is the other culprit who actually trapped him based on few evidences should be blacklisted because of data theft.
Still a question: Why they are favoring her? Why he was not given enough time to prove his part? I would have surely gave my statements but never being called. :(
Yes abhi, u might be right either South Indian connections(HR+ MGR) inside management of gender sympathy. Really big mistake by HR agree with you my friend. They spoiled his career. On same grounds Pipal is no more in my good books because of CRISIL.
