I believe cranberry juice is equally good for men. I had an attack of Pancreatitis, and am concerned about a recurrence due to Gall bladder stones. Commercial Cranberry juice is good, but contains more apple or grape juice than Cranberry. I use one can of whole cranberry sauce, in blender, with two quarts of water, some Kool Aid, for acidity(To taste, not the whole package}, and aspertame. Makes a delicious healthy drink. Aside from this, I am in excellent physical and mental health. You could try it. Ocean Spray whole cranberry Sauce was the best I used. Arturico
