My wife placed an Order No 100037611 for a Mobile pouch on craftsvilla on Oct 10th. After the delivery of that order we ordered one more item on 12th October 3.59PM .. The Order No . 100037848 , placed on Oct 12th
But craftsvilla cheat me by sending same tracking no of previous item. and the product never delivered. We raised the complaint in detail in craftsvilla helpdesk (#MHN-33711) and customercare phone numbers. After a week craftsvilla customercare send me a screenshot of same tracking number and declared that prouct is delivered (see screenshot ) .
After many exchanges , escalating the issue (20+mails) , On Oct 29th they acknowledged that they are refunding it and it will be reflected on my account statement after 10 days. But it was never . We contacted them again on Nov 10th . They assured refund within 7 days .We contacted them again on Nov 20th because there no refund received. Then they came up with a strange argument that money is refunded on Oct 29th with a screenshot showing order id 27637125 Bank Reference 032120|KRISH.1300.311020120|2012-10-31 (My Transaction Reference as per EBS was Merchant Order ID : 100051870 EBS Payment ID : 11715008 Payment Mode : VISA Date : 2012-10-12 16:44:00) . In short it seems they have shown me the screenshot of refund to someone for same amount instead of refunding us . Till date no refund is reflected in my creditcard
We tried to follow this out not for the token money of Rs 120.25. But to know how the customercare operates in portals like craftsvilla. The delay of response of their customercare forced us to dig it further .
