Im genuinely surprised how CP Plus is still struggling to provide a user-friendly experience in todays digital era. The mobile and web interfaces are outdated, unreliable, and extremely frustrating to use.
Trying to view CCTV footage over mobile data is nearly impossible it only works when connected to the Wi-Fi, which defeats the whole purpose of remote monitoring. The desktop software is equally disappointing: no multi-tab support, devices randomly disappear, and even basic tasks like changing passwords require being physically present on the same network. The new web platform offers no flexibility.
Ive deployed CP Plus in over 10 office locations, but due to these ongoing issues, Ive started transitioning to Hikvision. I genuinely hope CP Plus listens to long-time users and significantly improves its software experience. The hardware may be decent, but the software is holding it back severely.
