I bought CCTV setup from CP plus dealer in June 2019. The CCTV setup was making some noise. When I contacted the dealer, he sent the service guy. The service guy told the adapter is not working and asked me to pay 600 for adapter. When I told the system is in warranty period, he told the warranty doesn't cover adapter. It's been around 4 months since I bought the CCTV setup, they are asking for extra money. What the hell is this, the adapter provide by CP plus works just 4 months . So poor quality. I also wrote a mail to care@cpplusworld.com , sales@cpplusworld.com and below is the reply I received:
""Also, Company provides 2 years warranty on behalf of the date of purchase for camera and DVR only. But there is no warranty for accessories thats why, he is asking charges for adapter from you.""
I request you not to buy CP plus CCTV setup.
