The claim of policies brought through coverfox are always rejected.
They make sure that, they will do small mistake which normal customer will ignore and which will help insurance provider companies to reject your claim request.
I brought four wheeler insurance of new india assurance company through coverfox, the coverfox guys made sure that "NCB will be 50%" which should be "25% as per previous record". As a normal customer, I just didn't looked into details of this.
later unfortunately I meet an accident. I asked for claim. But, the claim got rejected because of "Wrong NCB".
When I tried to take followup of the same from coverfox, they started "keep on switching my phone from one dept to another".Acualy nobody is answerable and just for few bucks they hired people to speak lie.
I am utterly frustrated with coverfox and now onwards I will never buy any policy through coverfox. In fact, I discontinued my HDFC life insurance policy that I bought through coverfox and bought policy through one agent who is answerable to me.
