Please do not buy any COOLPAD phones/products, though they appear as "value for money" initially you will be in great trouble if any of these phones go bad. I have had this horrifying experience with them after my coolpad note 3 stopped working last month.
Till date it has not been repaired/replaced by the service center who say to me that they can not repair the same as the spare parts have not been made available to them from the coolpad company. The same is the situation in other service centers also, I wonder why these people are selling phones in India if they can not provide spare parts for after sales service.Please beware of buying any coolpad products.Do not buy this phone.it sounds a great deal at the price, but they are selling sub standard phones in India.
My phone worked fine for one month and there after stopped charging. When I took it to the service center they say the mother board(PCB) has gone bad and they will be able to replace it only after 15 days. It is a 15 Minutes job to replace a bad PCB but this company makes you wait for 15 days for repairs.totaly suxxx.i lost all my data also because of this stupidity.dont fall for these online offers which appear to be "cool"
