I am c2w user since 2008 and won many prizes [almost all were music Cd's and magazines]
this website was good and members were active. now here turns the table.
Since April-2012 they started to reduce prizes . slowly slowly members decreased, and then they even sort of default on sending prizes to members.
I had acquired lot of points and redeemed them and as it had to happen they didn't send me gift. I email them in October and received my redeemed gift in December 2012, around 5 months late.
They have no funds hence their site is now almost dead . I had even redeemed another thing and what I got is cheap prize sold online at 40 rs.
The electronic kettle I got is 1 litre and 1.5 litres one had only 70 rs difference. Still awaiting my last few points redeemed prize and 8 months have passed.
They were good site previously, and they can still become popular again but who gonna pay for prizes.
They are up, yet almost dead.
