It is a very good conceptual guide which covers various topics including Heat and Temperature, Kinetic Theory Of Gases, Electromagnetics, Mechanics.
I consider it a must do book if you're planning to appear for competitive exams like JEE Mains.
It is a good book for the starters but I think a bit more of theory part would have been helpful but nevertheless the numericals are quite helpful and give you the basic understanding of the chapter.
According to me this is the first book you should refer to before going for advanced books like I.E. Irodov.
