Concentrix Technologies is worst platform to work and if somebody wants to start his/her career with this organization then please do not do that. I agree its a big company in BPO sector but it has bad policies and management.
The HR management has no manners to talk with employee and there is no hospitality if you put out your thoughts. Managers cheat on you all the time.Policies are worst for leaves and salary package they provide is very less.
This is my own experience as I am working in this organization since 1.5 years but now I have decided to change this organization after getting fed up. I asked my manager for leaves because of Exams but he denied and asked me that who told you to do Masters its not company responsibility we can not provide you leaves. Its my career I will do whatever I want who that manager is to decide all this and how dare he asked me that unprofessional question.
Then I escalate this thing to HR but the did not take any action because I am an practitioner and they are higher authority. Pay scale is very less and not even increasing my CTC after completing successful 1 year with good stacks every month.
Earlier I was working with an Background verification company and the atmosphere there was better than this company. Its my worst experience working in such bad environment and wasting my time here.
