Computer Age Management Services are transfer cum service agent for many mutual funds in India. Unfortunately their services are absolutely pathetic ... plus they aren't even aware of processes involving change of bank accounts , or change of addresses.
Obviously Mutual Fund companies pay for such a pathetic services, they need to bring back the customer service on their own rather than outsource such a critical service.
Customers mostly want to experience a MF on the basis of redemption.
