First they sell you the software with promises that from next year you can get it renewed for 50% of the cost but after you get used to the software and at the time of next year subscription they tend to manipulate by overcharging say
last year they said renewal cost is 50 to 60% of the current cost of the software and this year they are saying our policy is 50% to 60% of the initial purchase cost
or say
knowing the fact that after so much of struggle in learning the the software it won't be easy for anyone to switch to any other software they take advantage of the same.
Their software is very slow as compared to other software available say SAG Genius etc which are comparatively half the cost. And also it has a lot of bugs which even the support staff at times are not able to fix and simply leaves the user helpless by saying read the help manual.
On a positive side user interface is good and organised
However, it is an
Overpriced, Low performance, Poor Support, ignores users' suggestion, Very slow Processing speed software
