The compuIndia staff doesn't give a damn to your queries and phone calls(you must feel extremely lucky if someone receives your call @ CompuIndia.
They don't care to update the status of your order too(on their website).(it's been more than 48hrs since they updated that my order has been shipped, but still the order status is BLANK).
So you have to just HOPE that the order will reach you some fine day.
Deal with them(if you really need to) only on Cash-on-Delivery basis, as their service is way too unpredictable.
They are in business only because they have the monopoly over Dell personal computing QandASuppliesInc.
I have been a fool that I made a pre-aishwaryasingh23ment for my order. Now I am lamenting. CompuIndia is seriously a bunch of jokers surviving in business solely because of their monopoly.
Think thrice before booking an order at CompuIndia and think 10 times before making a pre-aishwaryasingh23ment at their website.
If you are a Dell fan/lover then better buy the stuff @ the brick and mortar Dell outlet or @ Flipkart. Avoid dealing with Compu-India.
